Palazzo De Nitto (now belonging to Dimastodonato family) is a stately home dated back to the end of the XIX century. It is situated in the centre of Latiano , in the area of the most beautiful stately houses of the town. On the ground and first floor there is the house of the owner, the office, the garden and the garage. On the first floor, with separated entry, there are the rooms reserved to the guests. Fully furnished and provided with all kinds of comfort, TV, fridge and air conditioning, the rooms overlook the old town or the internal courtyard.

Thanks to an accurate work of restoration, Palazzo De Nitto still preserves its precious decorations, including faux stuccos, wonderful damask paintings, landscapes, a picture representing the Nativity, the music room with gold leaf frescoes. All these works were realized in 1925, approximately, by the famous painter Agesilao Flora.
